A desk that picked a side.
We are a small independent team obsessed with one question: which crypto card is actually worth carrying? We answered it — ether.fi Cash — and now we spend our days pressure-testing that answer and helping people get set up.

What we do
Three jobs, no filler
We work out the fit
The right card depends on where you live, how much you hold and how you feel about a collateral ratio. We ask those questions before recommending anything, and we do tell people when the answer is "not this, not yet".
We sit with you through signup
Verification loops, funding a smart account for the first time, choosing credit versus debit, the first declined transaction. Write to us and a person walks you through it.

The position
Why one card and not a top-ten list
Long lists are a way of avoiding an opinion. They rank ten products so that every reader finds something, every issuer finds a placement, and nobody is ever wrong. We think that's a worse service than a clear call you can argue with.
If we can't say which card we'd hand a friend, we haven't finished the work.
Our call is ether.fi Cash, for one structural reason: it is the only card in our comparison where spending doesn't force you to give up ownership of the asset you're spending against. Everything else — the rewards, the app, the country list — is detail on top of that. Detail changes. The structure is what we bet on.
This is a bet, not a certainty. If the mechanism changes, or something better ships, the front page changes with it. We'd rather rewrite a recommendation than defend one.

The team
Four people, one long-running argument
We keep our names off the site — the work should stand without them — but here is honestly who does what.
Spends an unreasonable amount of time in documentation, audit reports and governance forums, and turns up at standup with sentences beginning "so about that liquidation threshold".
Runs the field tests across borders and merchant categories, and keeps a spreadsheet of everywhere a crypto card has embarrassed them at a till.
Handles the inbox, does the walkthroughs, and reports back what people are actually stuck on — which is how half this site got written.
Kills claims we can't evidence, cuts numbers we can't verify, and vetoes anything that reads like a press release. Deeply unpopular, structurally necessary.

Honesty notes
How we're paid, and what that changes
- Affiliate links. Some outbound links may earn us a commission when a reader opens an account. It costs you nothing and it is how the lights stay on.
- What it doesn't buy. Nobody pays for a placement, a rating, or a sentence in the comparison table. The recommendation predates any commercial arrangement and would survive losing one.
- What we're not. We are not the issuer, not a broker, not licensed advisers, and not a party to your account with anyone. We're readers who did the homework and wrote it down.
- When we're wrong. Tell us. Corrections get made in the open, on the page that carried the mistake.
